Complaining about TUI

In Order to make a complaint with TUI you will need to have access to:

  • Your Booking Reference
  • Your Departure Date
  • Surname of the Lead Passenger

In order to lodge your complaint with TUI, you will need to use the following method:

  • Webform

TUI is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If TUI rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. TUI will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
