In order to lodge a case with TAP Portugal, you will need to have access to:
- Airline you flew with
- Flight Number
- Flight Date
- Destination
- Class
- Reservation Number
- Ticket Number
If you wish to make a complaint to TAP Portugal, there is the following method:

TAP Portugal is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If TAP Portugal rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
