Complaining about KLM

In Order to lodge a complaint with KLM you will need access to:

  • Your Booking Reference
  • Your Ticket Number
  • Your Flight Details

In order to lodge a case with KLM, there are two methods:

  • E-mail
  • Webform

KLM is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If KLM rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
