In order to log a complaint with Garuda Indonesia you will need to have access to:
- Your Booking Number
- Your Ticket Number
- Any Evidence you have
If you wish to lodge a complaint there are multiple methods:

Garuda Indonesia is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Garuda Indonesia rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
