- Your Ticket/ Reservation Number
In order to lodge your case with EgyptAir, you would need to lodge it via:

EgyptAir is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If EgyptAir rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
