Complaining about EasyJet

In order to lodge a case you will need to have access to:

  • Your Booking Reference
  • Your Flight Details (Date/Time of Flight, Flight number)
  • Reason for your complaint
  • Departure/ Arrival Airport

If you wish to make a complaint to Easyjet, there are multiple methods,

Easyjet is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If EasyJet rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
