Complaining about Air Canada

In order to lodge a case with Air Canada you will need to have access to:

  • Frequent Flyer Number
  • Flight Number
  • Flight Date
  • Departure/Arrival Airport
  • Booking Reference
  • Ticket Number

If you wish to make a complaint there are a couple methods:

  • Via the Phone
  • Via the Webform

Air Canada is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Air Canada rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
