In order to log a complaint with Air Astana you will need to have access to:
- Your Booking Number
- Your Ticket Number
- Any Evidence you have
In order to log your complaint with Air Astana, there are two methods of raising a case:
- By Phone
- By Webform
Air Astana is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Air Astana rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
