If you wish to make a complaint there are a couple methods:

Air Baltic is a member of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Air Baltic rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre. They will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
