In order to lodge a case with Swiss you will need to have access to:
- Airline
- Flight Number
- Departure Airport
- Arrival Airport
- Flight Date
- Booking Code
- Ticket Number
If you wish to make a complaint there is the following method:

Swiss is a member of söp, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Swiss rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to söp. They will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
