Smartwings is a member of the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Smartwings rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. They will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
