Complaining about Flybe

Before you lodge your case with Flybe, you will need to have access to:

  • Your Flight Date
  • Your Flight Number
  • Booking Reference

If you would like to lodge a complaint with Flybe there are three methods:

  • Via the Phone
  • Via E-mail
  • Via Webform

Flybe is a member of AviationADR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Flybe rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to AviationADR free of charge. AviationADR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
