In order to log a complaint with British Airways you will need to have access to:
- Your Booking Reference
- Your Flight Number
- Departure Date
- Departure Airport
- Arrival Airport
In order to log your complaint with British Airways, there is the following method of raising a case:

British Airways is a member of CEDR, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If British Airways rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to CEDR for a fee of £25.00, if your complaint is successful this fee will be returned. CEDR will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
