Complaining about Austrian Airlines

In order to lodge a case with Austrian Airlines you will need to have access to:

  • Flight Date
  • Ticket Number
  • Booking Code

Austrian Airlines is a member of söp, which is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to provide alternative dispute resolution services in the aviation sector. If Austrian Airlines rejects your complaint or fails to respond within 8 weeks, you will be able to take your complain to söp. They will review your complaint and the airlines response and produce a written determination which will be binding on the airline.
